Letter from the Recruitment Chair

My name is Grace DeSmedt the recruitment director for the 2023 executive board. I just wanted to share a little glimpse on why I joined sigmas. I joined Tri Sigma because the second I met these women I was welcomed with love and open arms. I could feel their incredible bond and sisterhood within their chapter which is something I was looking for while coming into college. While going through the recruitment process, I could tell how passionate Sigmas were while talking about their philanthropy, sisterhoods, leadership opportunities, and more. After that, I knew it was the right home for me!

As Recruitment Director I recruit women as well as promote our organization to potential new members. I am so in love with this position because I get to talk to so many people and get to share my love and passion for Greek life and Tri Sigma with women who are eager to learn more.
